After students officially enroll in the program, they can choose the corresponding CPT course (an additional 1 credit, which does not count towards the total graduation credits). Students must then submit the CPT Request Form, Job Offer Letter, and the latest I-94 to the school's DSO via email all at once. CPT approval is only granted after the tuition fee has been fully paid.

Due to limited staff at the school, students who submit their CPT applications during this peak period might not receive their I-20 with employer details on the first day of school, preventing them from starting work. If the application is submitted too late, there's no guarantee of starting CPT on the first day of school.
